Plots for Self Build in Soham

It is likely that a plot for 126 homes will be approved by Councillors, the plot is on the outskirts of Soham and will include public open spaces, a cemetery extension, hedgerow maintenance, 38 of the homes will be classed as 'affordable' and there will also be 6 plots for self builders.

Planning officers are not apposed to the plans and minimal reaction has been given by neighbouring people. Many homes planned can be adapted to suit the disabled or elderly and some home planned are bungalows.
